Dance Categories
 Beginners:
The dancers who have some dance experience may perform at beginners’ level, if You have not danced before or have only done one to two dances ever.

Advanced:
These dancers are the most experienced. They often have been a part of Gor an extensive length of time and danced often for their home and/or their Owner. These dancers have often won awards in the lower levels and graduated up to the advanced.


 Scoring System
 Maximum Points = 20 points

~10 Possible Points ~
Theme
    Theme related first to the theme presented in the books.
    ie. The whip dance would have reference to the whip and all that the dance encompasses.

    Theme relation to the overall theme selected for the dance itself.


~10 Possible Points~
Creative expression
    *shows the intriguing difference between slave girls.
    *correct use of Gorean words will be recognized and bring a higher score, among other things.
    *Gorean words that are spelled incorrectly do not count.
    *Over abundance of the word she, her and “and” will have points taken off.
    *If the Dance does not seem to flow or is not coherent, points will be taken off.


General Point Deductions
~ Dancers will have 8-10 posts to share their dance~
The use of the term ~la kajira~ will not be counted as a post.
    Additional posts will be disregarded.
    Deductions applied if extra posts appear in either the slave’s name or (free person).
    Points will be taken off for less than 8 posts or more than 10.


Other Point Deductions
~ minus 5 Possible Points ~
Several things found in a dance might incur additional point deduction:
    Tossing wishes (singling out a Free person or a Home as part of the dance, seeking favor)
    Public masturbation (finger or object shoved into vagina or blatant rubbing of clitoris)


November 21, 2020, Saturday, 5pm EST (North American date and time)
 Contest Day Procedure:
    1. Dancers will be asked to come to the backstage room #DemonsLair prior to the dance.
    2.You will be asked to change your name and ID and anything that identifies you for the night until your dance
        is over.
    3.Dancers will dance under a Name such as Dancer1, Dancer 2..etc.
    4.You will be allowed to leave with whispered permission, after the dance and come back as your name in a set
        amount of time.

    *In order to avoid any additional posting in the Dance room all dancers can use /me leaves with whispered permission from Mistress Demoness. Unless you are muted, then just leave.

    *KK Dancers are to be in both the dance room,     #Gorean_Dance , and the backstage room, #DemonsLair as well as KK , so that KK will be served if anyone wanders in, and will leave with whispered permission when it is time to change names to dance.

    The rooms for all dancers to be in are… #Gorean_Dance and #DemonsLair , KK slaves will also be in KK to look after the Home.<


FAQ


To maintain mystery, excitement and unbiased judging as much as possible, " You will be asked to change your name and ID and anything that identifies you for the night until your dance is over."

    1. How to be as anonymous possible as a dancer?

  1. Option 1: Using 1 IRC connection at a time.

     Step 1: Sign in as your regular nick with regular info in your /whois.

    Step 2: Go to #DemonsLair and get your dance number, leave there, wander around in your regular nick in #Gorean_Dance, and wherever

    Step 3: Leave #Gorean Dance, and wherever else, a few dances before your dance time. Sign off by quitting irc.



    Step 4: Before connecting anew to irc, delete and change all information under names: such as your username and change to your non registered dancer # nick that does not identify you eg.

    nick "Dancer 100", fullname , "Dancer 100" , username "Dancer 100" , alternative nick "Dancer 100a"

    Step 5: Open a new irc connection. Again DO NOT connect with your registered name.Connect using the non-registered Dancer+number name.

    Step 6: Do a /whois on yourself and check the info

    Your whois will look similar to this: Dancer1 is Dancer1!Dancer1@xchat-990654A9.dsl.bell.ca * Dancer [2020-11-13 21:00:46] * Dancer1 on #DemonsLair

    Redo the steps if any of your info that identifies you apart your ip is seen.



    Step 7: Go to #DemonsLair and queue up backstage with your Dancer+ number name

    Step 8: Go to #Gorean_Dance with your Dancer+number name

    Step 9: Quit #Gorean_Dance and #DemonsLair after some dancers have finished, staying silent before you quit so as not to give away your identity.

    Step 10: Return with you registered name to #Gorean_Dance.

    2. WARNING: Dancer name is only for the dance. Do NOT at anytime use your dancer name while actively participating in the dance room or other channels before and after your dance. Keeping yourself as anonymous as possible is a dancers' responsibility.


  1. Option 2: Using 2 IRC connections at a time
    Connect to irc.xxxchatters.com 2 times. This will open 2 irc windows.

    Window 1, First connection, use your registered nick. Join #Gorean_Dance, check-in at #DemonsLair and get your dancer number.

    Window 2, Second connection, use an unregistered nick, with all your previous info deleted and changed.such as your username and change to your non registered dancer # nick that does not identify you eg.

    nick "Dancer 100", fullname , "Dancer 100" , username "Dancer 100" , alternative nick "Dancer 100a"

    Your whois will look similar to this: Dancer1 is Dancer1!Dancer1@xchat-990654A9.dsl.bell.ca * Dancer [2020-11-13 21:00:46] * Dancer1 on #DemonsLair

    Dancer +number nick will stay at all times at #DemonsLair, and /join #Gorean_Dance only when about to perform.
    Dancer +number nick shall part #Gorean_Dance after performing with whispered permission.

    WARNING: Dancer name is only for the dance. Do NOT at anytime use your dancer name while actively participating in the dance room or other channels before and after your dance. Keeping yourself as anonymous as possible is a dancers' responsibility.



Clarifying Point Deduction on
"Deductions applied if extra posts appear in either the slave’s name or (free person)."

Points will be deducted if in your dance, you have posts referring to your slave name, or identifiable blatant items as referring to yourself as fg, beast of a named Free, or specifically mention a Free's name ( referred to as tossing wishes, singling out Free), the like.



Last day of Registration: November 19, Thursday, 23h59 EST.
Register by sending your name, type of dance, your silk level,
your dance level (beginner or advanced), time available to dance, and contact email
